Ana is a dedicated and compassionate restorative yoga teacher on a mission to cultivate healing and inner peace through the practice of restorative yoga. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, Ana guides students on a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation, creating a safe space for them to unwind and reconnect with themselves.
Ana has obtained her 200 Hour Bhakti Yoga certification from Heather Dacus and Keli Lalita at Yoga Mandali. She also holds Restorative Yoga Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from Ann Saffi Biasetti. Ana found her true calling in the gentle yet profound practice of restorative yoga.
In addition to her yoga expertise, Ana has studied Jikiden Reiki, a traditional Japanese healing practice. She has completed both Shoden and Okuden levels of Jikiden Reiki, which further enhances her ability to support holistic well-being through energy channeling and healing.
She tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her students, offering modifications and adjustments to ensure maximum comfort and benefit. Through a combination of gentle poses, breath work, and guided meditation, Ana helps students release tension, reduce stress, and restore balance to both body and mind.
Off the mat, Ana finds joy in hiking with her dog Peanut, indulging in reading books, and always seeking out new adventures.
