Ana is a dedicated and compassionate yoga teacher devoted to practices that help us slow down, rest, and return to the intelligence of the body. Her work centers on parasympathetic nervous system activation, somatic awareness, and the cultivation of deep rest as a pathway to healing and balance.
She creates spaces where people can soften, unwind, and reconnect with themselves through gentle, intentional practices that support nervous system regulation and inner stillness.
Ana’s teaching is grounded in a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Her approach is slow, supportive, and rooted in presence.
Ana has obtained her 200 Hour Bhakti Yoga certification from Heather Dacus and Keli Lalita at Yoga Mandali. She holds Restorative Yoga Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from Ann Saffi Biasetti.
Her continued studies include 100 Hour Yoga Nidra Training with Ally Boothroyd, the Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Leadership Program with Macah Mortalli, Jikiden Reiki training (Shoden and Okuden levels), which deepens her understanding of traditional Japanese energy healing practices and is often woven into her restorative classes, and 50 Hour Yin Yoga training with Jael Polnac.
Off the mat, Ana finds joy in hiking with her dog Peanut, reading, and exploring new places and experiences that deepen her connection to nature and life.
